At Bencof.com, we want paying for your order to be simple, safe and clear from start to finish.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The options you see at checkout may vary slightly depending on your device and browser.

2. When Payment Is Taken

The full amount is charged when you place your order. We do not confirm or dispatch an order until the payment has gone through successfully. If your payment is declined, we will let you know by email and the order will not go ahead. Once payment has cleared, we prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes around 6 to 12 business days.

3. Currencies

Because we currently deliver only within Ireland, all prices and charges are shown and taken in euros (€). If we expand to other countries in future, we will update this section to explain how currencies are handled.

4. Security

Every transaction is handled through payment gateways that use SSL encryption and meet PCI DSS security standards. We do not keep your card or payment details on our own servers. Your financial information is processed entirely by our certified payment partners.

5. Pricing

The prices shown on our website can change without notice. Special offers and discount codes apply only to eligible orders placed during the promotion in question, and they cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the rules set out in our Refund Policy, and every refund is returned to the payment method you originally used. If you spot a problem with a charge, please email us at support@bencof.com before you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, and we will work to put it right quickly.

7. Fraud Prevention

We may cancel or pause any order that we suspect involves fraud or the unauthorised use of payment details. For higher-value orders, we may ask for extra verification before we proceed. These steps are in place to protect our customers and our store.
