Welcome to Bencof.com. In these Terms, "Bencof", "we", "us" and "our" mean Bencof.com. We run this online store and website, together with all the content, features, tools, products and services offered through it (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which makes it possible for us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service set out your rights and duties when you use the Services. Please read them with care, because they cover important matters such as warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability. By visiting, browsing or using the Services, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the country where you live. Your account is personal to you, so you may not sell it, give it away or transfer it to anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and for everything that happens under your account.

Section 2 — Our Products

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colours and appearance may look different on your screen, depending on your device and display settings, and we cannot promise that a product will look exactly as it does on the site. Product descriptions may be changed at any time. We may also limit the quantity you can buy, or stop selling an item, whenever we decide to.

Section 3 — Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We may accept or refuse any order, and an order only becomes binding once we have confirmed it and received your payment. Please check your order carefully before you submit it. We will deliver to addresses in Ireland. Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 business days and then take about 6 to 12 business days to arrive. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy, which allows requests within 30 days of delivery.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Our prices can change without notice. The price you pay is the one that applied when you placed your order, as shown in your confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, displayed prices do not include taxes, delivery charges or import costs. You agree to give us accurate and complete payment details, and to update them promptly if they change.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other events beyond our control. Once we hand your order to a carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, although our Shipping Policy and your statutory rights still apply if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio and the way they are arranged, belongs to Bencof.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, share, change or transmit any of it without our written permission first. Any rights we have not expressly given you remain with us.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may offer you access to optional tools provided by third parties. These are supplied "as is" and "as available", and we neither endorse them nor give any warranty about them. We are not liable for how you use them.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

The Services may link to websites run by others. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they contain or how they operate, and a link does not mean we approve of them. You visit them at your own risk.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, but every purchase is made directly with Bencof.com. Shopify has no responsibility for any part of the dealings between you and us, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from those dealings.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

Any personal information gathered through the Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood it.

Section 11 — Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews or other feedback, you give Bencof.com a permanent, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, edit, publish and distribute that material for any purpose. You also confirm that you own the feedback or have the right to share it.

Section 12 — Errors and Omissions

From time to time, the Services may contain typing mistakes, incorrect prices or missing information. We may correct any such error, and we may cancel or amend an order if the information was wrong when you bought.

Section 13 — Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to break the law, infringe someone else's intellectual property, harass or harm other people, send harmful code, collect personal information without consent, or interfere with the Services or the people using them. We may end the access of anyone who breaks these Terms.

We may end your access to the Services at any time and without notice. Any amounts you owe remain payable after termination. The parts of these Terms dealing with intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers and limits of liability continue to apply after your access ends.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies mentioned in them, make up the whole agreement between you and Bencof.com about your use of the Services, and they replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.

Section 20 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from your use of the Services will be handled by the Irish courts, and you agree to their jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country where consumer law gives you that right.

We may update these Terms whenever we wish. Revised versions will be posted on this page, and we will notify you where the law requires it. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the new Terms.
